How Often should i use my loom atomizer?
The LOOM Atomizer and serums are safe to use multiple times a day. See our Regimens page for recommended uses and ways to mix and match our serums for maximum results.
How Often should i use my loom absorb?
The LOOM Absorb may be used for up to three minutes on your face and neck, no more than once per day. We recommend testing the Absorb in Repair Mode on Low on your hands or behind your ears before integrating the device into your routine.
How long will the LOOM Atomizer last on a full charge?
The LOOM Skin System will run for 15 continuous minutes on a full charge and up to ten (10) days in accordance with official recommendations for use and operation. We recommend the LOOM Skin System Charging Base to keep your device fully charged and operational for your convenience.
How long will the Loom Absorb last on a full charge?
The LOOM Absorb can be used for 1.5 hours at level one (1) intensity on a full charge and up to one (1) month in accordance with official recommendations for use and operation. We recommend the LOOM Skin System Charging Base to keep your device fully charged and operational for your convenience.
How often should I replace a pod nozzle?
The pod nozzle is designed to be antimicrobial and to be changed after approximately thirty (30) days of use to prevent clogging. Changing the pod nozzle once a month will ensure longer lifespan of the LOOM Atomizer overall and decrease possible side effects of microbial contamination. As a general rule of thumb, use one nozzle for all four pods in a box of serums, then replace it.
Can I bring my Moyal LOOM Skin System on an airplane?
Yes, the devices have been negative pressure tested and are safe for airplane travel. Our serum pods are less than 3.4oz each, making them safe for plane travel as well.
Should I avoid the eye area when using the LOOM Atomizer?
LOOM Skin System Formulated Serums have been third party tested and have been shown to be non-irritating to eyes, therefore can be safely applied around the eyes and over gently-closed eyes. However, users should avoid spraying the serums directly into open eyes. Should you accidentally spray serum into the eyes or feel any discomfort, gently flush out the eyes with cool water 1-2 times.
Device Troubleshooting
My LOOM Atomizer ‘skipped’ while applying my serum. Is there something wrong with my device?
Any interruptions or ‘skipping’ in the flow of product during atomization is completely natural due to tiny bubbles in the serum that may form during shipping or transportation. To avoid interruptions as much as possible, avoid shaking the serum pods.
Why is my LOOM Atomizer turning off automatically?
The LOOM Atomizer is programmed with a safety setting to turn off after three (3) minutes. If the device shuts off before 3 minutes, ensure that the battery is not exhausted by charging the device. If the problem persists, please reach out to customer service.
Why won’t my LOOM Atomizer turn on?
First, check that the device is charged. If the device is adequately charged, check that the serum nozzle has seeded with the serum pod and that the pod is installed properly into the atomizer. If issue still persists, please reach out to customer service.
Why is there a delay between the time I turn on my atomizer and when the serum starts to dispense?
You may experience delays of 10-30 seconds after installing a fresh serum pod as the device pushes any excess air out of the pod that may get trapped during the filling process. The device will also require approximately 3-5 seconds with each use to push air through the nozzle in order to clean and unclog the nozzle from any prior use.
